Shipping Policy

In-stock items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Japan.

In-stock items will not be shipped together with auction items or items that require an autograph or sketch by Mitsuhiro Arita. Auction and signed items may involve custom packaging, insurance, or courier arrangements, and are therefore always dispatched as separate shipments.

Due to the artist's schedule, shipping of auction items may be significantly delayed and can take over a month. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you would like to request additional insurance or an art courier service, please contact us in advance. Availability may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post EMS, which includes tracking and standard insurance coverage. Rates shown at checkout are calculated by parcel weight.

Alternative carriers (FedEx / DHL) are available upon request. If you prefer an express courier — for example, for high-value items or time-sensitive deliveries — please contact us before placing your order so we can prepare a custom shipping quote.

Original Artwork

Original artwork is sold on an "as-is" basis. While we take every precaution to package original art carefully, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. For higher-value artwork we strongly recommend arranging additional insurance or a specialized art courier. See our Refund Policy and Auction Policy for further details.
