Refund policy
Returns
Products with artist signatures, sketches, or other customizations, as well as original artwork and auction items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Apparel items (T-shirts) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@312studio.co.jp.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to the day before shipping by contacting us at contact@312studio.co.jp. If your cancellation is accepted, you will receive a confirmation by email. No cancellations are accepted once the product has shipped.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@312studio.co.jp as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
We package all items securely and ship internationally via Japan Post EMS, which includes tracking and standard insurance coverage. For higher-value shipments, additional insurance or a specialized art courier can be arranged upon request — please contact us before placing your order.
Original artwork is sold on an "as-is" basis. While we take every precaution to package original art carefully, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. For terms specific to original artwork, please see our Auction Policy.
Taxes and Pricing
Prices for customers in Japan include Japanese consumption tax (消費税).
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility if levied by local authorities.
Note for U.S. Customers:
For purchases made through the Shop App, sales tax may be automatically applied at checkout, in accordance with U.S. marketplace facilitator laws in certain states.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will then be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
